While publishing extensively on the study of folk arts, UCF professor Kristin Congdon has attracted international attention. Now, along with the University of Oregon, Kristin and her UCF colleagues are helping Shandong University of Art and Design in China to create a Web site similar to Kristin’s critically acclaimed Folkvine.org.  Our goal is to connect the site to the 2008 Olympics, so people can easily learn about China’s cultural tradition.  Closer to home.  Florida has the largest and most diverse collection of people from all over the world. There is no better place to study people, their cultures and practices.  In touch with Florida.
